Brady Gene Agee, 74, of Paint Lick, died Thursday, December 26, 2024, at his residence. He was a Madison County native born May 4, 1950, son of the late Melvin and Ruby Pigg Agee, retired Berea Municipal Utilities employee after working with Berea College Utilities for many years. He was a member of the Baptist Faith and in his spare time enjoyed farming and being an outdoorsman.
Survivors include his daughter Angie Agee; siblings Peggy Short (James), Rozella Montgomery (Bradley), Bonnie Richmond (Bobby), Carolyn Short (Keith), Sharon Short (Kenneth), Kenneth Agee, Wanda Gilbert (Kemel), Tammy Taylor (Bill); grandson Austin Robbins; sister-in-law Verna Agee; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Homer Agee, Jack Agee and wife Marie.
Funeral Service were conducted Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Reppert Funeral Home. Rev. Harlan Gilbert officiated. Burial followed in Pilot Knob Cemetery. Pallbearers were Daniel Agee, Scott Short, Chad Short, Greg Short, Robbie Richmond, Dalton Dees. Honorary Pallbearers were Robert Gabbard, Wayne Robinson, Ben Mays, Dee Robinson, Tommy Bussell.
