Paula Dunson-Wood was called home on March 13, 2025, after a brief illness. She was born March 22, 1957, to Paul and Elizabeth Dunson who proceed with her. She is also proceeding by her maternal grandparents Wendall and Estella Farris paternal grandparents Thomas Dunson and Cornett Dunson Ballard and several uncles and aunts. Paula found Christ at an early age at Farristown Baptist Church, Berea. She is currently a member of the First Baptist Church 2nd and Walnut, Danville.
She is survived by two sons Damon Dunson and Dustin Wood, and two sisters Pamela Dunson and Patsy Dunson all of Berea. Long-term companion James Burrell, two special ladies, Jeanette Burrell and LaDonna Burrell of Cleveland, Ohio. Best friend Kim Meredith Jenkins of Indiana, and other special friends Melissa Cornelison, Leslie Howard, Rachael Riddle, and a host of cousins.

The Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, at Reppert Funeral Home, with Rev. Andrew Baskins officiating. Visitation will be from Noon until the Service time.
